All of LinkArts Personal training exercise programs include cardiovascular training; we have designed these compound and structural exercises to provide maximum benefits to our clients. We encourage our clients to perform our carefully designed cardiovascular exercises at about 60 – 90 % of their maximum heart rate in order to gain maximum benefits. Cardio respiratory exercises have a positive effect on all of the mechanisms associated with your use of oxygen including increasing your lung capacity, strengthening your heart, increasing your ability to circulate blood and increasing the work capacity of your muscles. Cardiovascular exercises are reported to keep the metabolic rate high for up to 12 hours after training.
