A food diary is only used when the goals set are not being met, a food diary will give us an indication as to the amount of calories being consumed from macronutrients. This would require your (client) corporation to document every meal, snacks, drinks etc eaten over a specific period. We will then assess how many calories being consumed, how many should be consumed and the best way of controlling the volume.
