I am a qualified personal trainer with over 30 years plus experience in the fitness industry, including kickboxing, boxing and weight training and weight loss/management. We have been in the fitness industry since 1999 and kickboxing for even longer, we have designed exercise programmes for a selection of different individuals ranging from the sedentary unfit to competitive athletes.
