Desmond Burke is the founder of LinkArts Personal Training; he is a qualified REPs level 3 trainer with years of fitness and kickboxing experience. We can provide sessions at your home, gym, place of work or outdoors or you could attend our current gym location (see contact page).

We also have clients in East London and provide services in Chingford, Woodford, Walthamstow and Hackney. We will also travel to other London locations in order to train our clients.
We understand that keeping motivation high is key to achieving predetermined targets that will achieve results in the shortest time. We continuously revise our clients exercise programmes and ensure that they have sufficient recovery time in order to avoid plateau. We aim to design bespoke individual exercise programmes that are effective, fun, enjoyable and most of all address the key objectives highlighted in the lifestyle questionnaire and at the consultation.
We have been in the fitness industry since 1999 and kickboxing for even longer, we have designed exercise programmes for a selection of different individuals ranging from the sedentary unfit to competitive athletes. We pride ourselves on being able to reduce your visceral and subcutaneous fat, build lean muscle tissue, increase aerobic and anaerobic fitness.
